Hi there. I’m Judit.

I’m a UK-based digital professional with a background in marketing strategy. Expertise in: UX, PM/PO, Strategy. Earned my stripes in London’s well-known independent and network agencies (including Langland, McCann, Havas and FCB). Since 2018 I have built and been heading up Pharmadoctor’s 15- strong product team as well as looking after the advertising portfolio.   • Allergy pharmacy consultation platform

    A brand new allergy consultation product to be used by healthcare professionals only. Highly regulated with a complex, multi-consultation user journey. Won multiple industry awards.

    Create a Learning Management System for pharmacists and nurses. Sponsored by a vaccine company, the £0.5m platform won an award from the PM Society awards.

Expertise

 
  • Primary and secondary research, insight analysis, goal-setting and prioritisation, user persona development.

    Understanding complex business needs and technical requirements, translating these into high-level user journeys and data flows. This is something I love doing.

    Translating IA and research insights into more detailed user flows, wireframes, prototypes. Writing microcopy.

    Working with existing UI designs systems.

    Able to lead a team of UX researchers UX and UI designers, working on one or multiple products. Pipeline planning, resourcing, personal development, UX leadership.

  • Able to lead a 15-strong cross-functional product team on large-scale SaaS transformation projects. Can translate technology to human and vice versa.

    Using waterfall and Agile methodologies, CSM (Certified Scrum Master). I’ll use whatever is suitable to the project. Can work and lead on campaign, social, large digital, video, integrated, print projects.

    I’ve been producing photo and video shoots working with ADs, CDs, Copywriters, Videographers and clients of course.

  • Building on a deeper understanding of brand strategy, I am able to translate insight and business goals into strong CBs, then working with a production/analytics team to bring through the red thread of strategy from end to finish.

    I can help you manage small, medium and large campaigns, be it digital, video, social, print in the value of up to £750k. They can be one-off or part of a bigger whole.

    Worked with independent and network agencies in hybrid roles. In the last 3 years I’ve developed 4 brands from research through persona development and CBs.

    BA in Marketing Communications and Strategy - so I know how to use most business, marketing and comms frameworks.
